Sierra College softball coach Darci Brownell recently won her 700th career game as Wolverine mentor, only the 11th coach in CCCAA history to attain that mark. Brownell, in her 18 years in Rocklin is 703-202-1, an average of 38 wins per season. She has one state championship (2014), one state runner-up finish (2009), three Big 8 titles and has reached the Super Regional round of the playoffs 18 consecutive years. More importantly, she has produced 21 NFCA All-Americans, 23 All-State first-teamers, 22 All-NorCal players, a dozen Academic All-Americans and more than 100 All-Conference selections.
